The Cal Poly University Housing Department is excited to introduce the Class of 2013 Fall Launch Program! Fall Launch will provide on-campus housing students with a solid foundation. Fall Launch is part of the University Housing student experience and there is no additional cost associated with the activities. Fall Launch provides new students with the opportunity to get to know their roommates and the other residents in their learning community through interactive social activities. In addition to all the fun, residents will be introduced to campus resources, campus dining and the Cal Poly athletics program. Students will have the opportunity to learn about the University Learning Objectives and receive valuable information about succeeding at Cal Poly.

On Saturday, September 12, parents and supporters are encouraged to take a break from move in to learn more about University Housing at an orientation session, attend a Cal Poly football game. Although there is no charge for Cal Poly students to attend the football game, family members need to check the Cal Poly Athletics web page for information on purchasing game tickets. Then on Sunday, September 13, they can participate in a continental breakfast before heading home. Launch parent events are highlighted on the schedule page. University Housing staff will be available through out the weekend to answer questions and to help residents and families to make a smooth transition to on campus living at Cal Poly.

Campus Dining will be providing meals during Fall Launch through students' meal plans starting on Sunday, Sept. 13. Check out the schedule below for specific meal times and locations and look for more information at housing check in.
